Returning player, one account bugged

Hey Folks,

I haven't played since about March of this year and dropped by to skill up my toons (which are still paid and training) and the PVE account says it's been banned? That seems impossible since I couldn't have done anything (wasn't playing), plus, you're still charging me for the account. It's been 2 days since I submitted an email query (ticket number is 259689) and I've still gotten zero response. Help please.
