Invalid Username/Password, cannot log in

Greetings,

I have been trying for several days to access the test server only to be met with an Invalid Username/Password error. I wasn't sure if this was what i would need to put in a request for an "account reactivation" for, but i went ahead and did this request a couple days ago.

So i guess my questions are: Is my account on SISI just broken? or does it just take some time for an account reactivation to happen?
