Hello

I've been trying to find a resource that might have exact details on what happens when a low sec pilot jumps into a empire space.

I'm aware that you'll be attacked depending on your sec status and which sec star system you're jumping into.
What I don't know is how long one has before the attack starts from when you jump into system.

Here's my exact sitution.

A toon of mine is at -2.6 and wants to jump into a 0.9 system. It is Empire space, controlled by the Caldari. I cannot by pass this system to go to my destination and I am flying a Tarya with no modules fitted, but a wee bit of hauling.

Would my Tarya align and be able to jump before being pouned upon?

Any information of links to a resource that I just cannot find would be vastly appreciated :)

The Faction Police work very differently from Concord. The most significant difference being that they web you quickly before they scram you, which means they'll usually web you into warp, depending on your initial alignment and a few other factors.

Anyway, regarding spawn times, you could always use a noob ship and a stopwatch to get some idea before you take your precious cargo into high sec. Or do a trial on the test server using a tayra. Nothing lost either way

You're going to be fine if you're just going gate to gate, don't linger in space and you'll be grand.
As stated above the first thing they do is web you so if you're already aligning your going to warp as soon as that happens.
I've done this in a plated battleship and been fine.

Use a Deep Space Transport. Between the microjump drive and the built-in warp stabs, you should be able to thumb your nose at Fac Po (and anybody else that jumps you....)

Everything in EVE is a trap.

And if it isn't, it's your job to make it a trap...:)
