it realy pisses me of when someone doesnt have a clue about a ship and starts whining to nerf or boost.

Plated pvp fitted legion is a beast.

Dual Cap Batery Tengu with Pith X-type XL booster and crystal set and blue pill gets an INSANE tank, almost as much as the golem with Bastion and it is still cap stable. This is a point what CCP should look at. Also the tengu has fitting issues when not fitted with power core multiplier and the blaster subsystem. When I fit my pve tengu it has only 750 pg and the HAMs alone use 600, so no way to fit even an mwd.

The Legion is quiet ok, it can handle C3 sites well with only one armor rep as tank
The proteus actually is good to
The loki is quiet useless, as the scooping array uses a lot of ammo and the alpha system makes AC completly useless

generally there is need for a rebalance of the subsystems, i find it strange that some T3 have almost no benefit of using either the cap subsystems(proteus cap reg matrix gives a bonus to drones) and the CPU systems(only like 5 or so % more CPU as with another one)

Given what it can do, the tengu definitely doesn't have fitting issues.

What engineering sub are you using? Because the Cap regen matrix gives more PwG than the Power Core Multiplier.

i always wondered why t3 ships have 3 rig slots and t2 only gets 2. that makes a huge difference on some ships. only 2 rig slots for t3 cruisers and destroyers maybe? Twisted
