Why Ccp Peligro is so slow??

I want to touch on an interesting topic for me . I do not know what to write here so I write . very unhappy with the speed of the CCP Peligro. I have two petitions to the treatment and both of them did not meet the 2 months . I think it's disrespectful to the subscribers of the game. new devblog promised speed response of 3-6 days. but why am I waiting for an answer to f*cking ticket for 2 months ? ! ? ! ? ! ? ! ? ! ? ! ?

I believe that he ignores me, cause the complaints of the CCP security is responsible directly or after 1 day
p.s 2 months wait for a response to a simple question, it is unacceptable

How do you know if its a simple question for CCP if it is not for you? Maybe its hard and they need 4 months to answer. Or maybe there is no answer to your question. Or maybe the answer cant be provided because it is secret.

I have the feeling the dev blog promised an average speed of 3-6 days. Your issue is probably something complex that takes a lot of investigation since you sent a ticket to the security team, therefore it's going to take longer.

I'm going to build a big wall that will keep the Gallente out, and they're going to pay for it!

if there is no answer to the question then why the status of the ticket is still open ?

I guess you have asked an open ended question...

I got a response within 24h for my last ticket, so before they lock this thread I am going to thank CCP for the great job they are doing. I am working in a support center so I know how hard can it be, especially with "angry birds".

Considering its a Security Ticket it may take a while to respond. Posting about it on the forum will get you no where. Go to the ticket and post a reply asking for an update.
