Great to see you around again. Nihlus is looking sexier than ever before, although I think that lighting might just be a tad too harsh. Something about the hair doesn't quite look organic. 9/10

Since I expect vaguely creepy was the look your current portrait was aiming for...it's a smashing success. If I woke up to you standing over me, I'd be reaching for the gun under the pillow quickly. Or thinking, "What the **** did I drink last night?"

Shadows are a bit funky, but as someone who often struggles with them, I blame CCP for not enough lighting options. Sometimes there's just no choice but to hope no one else notices as much as you. Neck shadows in particular are a personal bugbear. You also managed to make the funky shadows work for you in a couple of places with the augmentations, adding to a bizarre transhuman look. Again, I get the feeling that was the intent. If there's one complaint I have that would be in your control, I tend to think that less is more when it comes to primary colors. In this case, 3 almost feels like too many. Blue eyes, red makeup, green clothing. It strikes me as busy.

Test server one is particularly interesting in that it reminds me of a friend of mine, albeit a much 'darker' version. I can't say I'm sold on the background, drawing the focus towards the center sometimes doesn't always work when your pose and positioning is off-center. In this case it's like drawing focus towards her right shoulder...and CCP's godawdul low-res tattoo textures at the arm -> shoulder transition point. However, there is one very interesting good thing I noticed. Tattoo on the left shoulder actually looks like it has relief, like one of those "3D" tattoos, with how the pose and lighting work with the rest of the exposed skin and the capsule plugs. Almost like looking different in context.

I like the dark brooding Sith lord look you have going but I wish I could see just a little bit more of your face. Maybe the lift the head up a tiny bit more?

I never did like this avatar. I get that you really want to show your abs and therefore you've got to be zoomed out, but frankly, the framing sucks, the lighting's lazy, and the expression and figure is... mediocre.

Like seriously, find some interesting clothes/hair colors you like and make the most of your belly. I bet you could get it up to a 8/10 with just a bit of work.

Anyways, it's not the *worst*, and the Caldari background is a huge plus for me.

Never cared for the monocle and don't understand the pricetag.. but if you have to have an eye patch, its better than the other thing.

You pull that hair off very well, and your shadows are pretty nice I guess. I'm not the biggest fan of the lighting--it's very flat and rather textureless, but altogether it's quite good if not stellar. 7/10

Interesting pose, head tilted just right, bit central and flatly lit.
Could be fabulous with a bit of tweaking,
more interesting light and playing with the composition could be enough.
