Check out how all the nasty EvE vets everyone always complains about actually love you now because of your excellent attitude. Note how you were not torn a new a-hole from all directions. Guessing this is a high sec citadel so what you want is to:

A: Not post your intent in a public forum and give them time to prepare based on what we write here
B: Abuse Neutral Logistics, from what i understand citadels cant target suspects but that was also something i read here, no hands on Experience. Perhaps someone else can confirm or deny
C: High damage high tank ships like Megathrons or go with the traditional Oracle POS bash setup
D: Bring Friends, something comfy to sit on, plenty of food and beverage because your going to be there a while
E: Make sure your ready if they bring a response fleet, and scan the citadel so you can determine its defenses

Make sure you are NOT in the citadel when you right click...undock or be in another station.

If you are new, look up this gentleman called "Chribba".

If you tell him lots of poor Veldspars are kidnapped and in desperate need of rescue, he may give you some support, not for you, but for the Veldspar.

As for public citadels, in the future chose one owned by me, I have reasonable prices for offices and clones, and will never deny the public access to it (with exception of possibly attacking forces).

He has bots constantly scanning the forums for any mentions of him and/or veldspar. It will then send a notification to him and if any single post contains both..

It's because Chribba reads every post on the EvE-O forums as he types it in to evesearch to make a manual copy.
It's a bit tedious - especially as he types using only one finger - but he gets it done eventually.
