GARPA UI Not Working

Haven't done this in a long time but i need to copy the account and character settings from one toon/account to my other ones.

Garpa is complaining that it can't find my installation folder and when I browse to it still doesn't recognize it. Maybe I'm going to the wrong directory, but i'm using my /apdata/local/ccp/eve/..tq.../settings_Default directory where all my accounts are.

Is this tool till usable? If not is there something else out there that has replaced it?
