Singularity training queue not available

The training queue won't show when I key ALT-X or when I click on the training queue button on the character. I suspect it's related to the presence in the queue of skills to be trained for which pre-requisites have not been met at the time the skill was put in the queue. This is only happening on Singularity and only to one of the three characters I have there.

The queue does not show when I click ALT-X, but the second time I click ALT-X I get a message that says I have made changes to the queue and do I want to apply them. Regardless of how I answer that question, the queue is not visible. If I click 'Yes' I get a message about not having met prerequisites. Some part of the training queue software is working, but it does not show.

The list of skills in my pilot page also is wonky. Sometimes the skills show, sometimes they do not.

I would delete these skills if I could see the queue, but since I can't see the queue, could you clear the training queue for me, please? I think that may make the queue visible.

Hi,

I'll take a look at it, but could you please send a bug report from the client (F12) directly after you tried to open the skill queue? The included logs can help the investigation quite a bit.

EDIT: I found a few details by going through our logs and server data - it seem like somehow the training status of "Medium Projectile Turret" got messed up somehow - the skill queue expects that it is at level 3 and want to train to lvl 4 (and then to 5), but according to the DB the skill is only at level 2. This mismatch was probably caused by a bug, which we fixed a few days ago on Singularity.
I cleared your skill queue now, so everything should work again (hopefully).
Please be sure to send bug reports, if you notice any other problems.

Im having this excat issue but im not on a test server im on Tranquility i just had this character transfered to a new account maybe thats why not sure can i get my skill reset please

Yeah can't see any of skills in skill tree.
