Yes we do have 15% tax. This helps pay for all the things the alliance does for its members to make EVE life more fun.

It pays for the Ship Replacement Program (SRP) so you can go on a PvP fleet and not worry about losing your ship, because you'll get it replaced if you lose it.

It pays for the Citadels all over Delve that make living here easier.

It pays for the jump bridge network that makes moving around Delve so much easier.

It pays for all the system upgrades that make ratting and mining more profitable.

It pays for free jump fuel and ammo for capital ships.

It pays for the free PvP/exploration/mining frigates, PI kits, skillbooks, etc, that we hand out to new players.
