can anyone tell me what is like a "great" tracking on these guys, using Hail L, using Fusion L, for example, i managed to get almost 6.0 tracking using Hail L, and its working actualy prety great ( on my mach) but still, and no i didnt sacrifice any gyros for this xD

I'll bite.
Gyros ... don't improve tracking. You want Tracking Enhancers or Tracking Computers (or rigs) for that. Gyrostabs enhance the rate of fire and the damage output- nothing else.

Secondly, hail has the worst tracking. You want either EMP/Plasma/Fusion (short range) or Depleted Uranium/Titanium Sabot (medium range).

Personally I don't feel 800s track particularly well- even with a web and a stasis grappler I still can't hit frigs/dessies with it. 650s aren't much better but ... somewhat. Best thing for a Mach is to keep out of web range altogether, then you can get some nice shots off.

what i meant by saying " no i didnt sacrifice any gyros for this " is that i still run 4 of them in lows which means not loosing any dps bonus from then, i never said gyros are there for tracking, wtf o.O..... and i know what modules i need for everything, i was just asking for a particullar number of "tracking" which would be optimal to even hit frigs webed, not to hit 1/10, and yea i agree with you on this, its almost impossible to hit a frig under 10km, i can pop them from 60/70kms with hail, but under 10kms its just imposible, and this was more a question for running sanctums/havens and 10/10s :D

60-70 km you mean barrage.

Fit a grappler and frigs wont be a problem anymore, just do a bit of manual piloting to reduce their transversal and mostly Large weapons shouldn't have issues hitting frigs

no i dont mean barrage, i mean hail, sometimes you can get lucky and get those shots off, usualy hail has a range around 45km with falloff.

Allow me to explain. Barrage has a long falloff, acceptable tracking (especially at that range).
Hail is the short range ammo, tracking penalized.
When firing at 50km, you're well outside optimal range so that extra 'on paper' damage doesn't apply and you're better off shooting EMP.
