Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Since the latest patch, twice it happened to me that the game become unresponsive after I alt-tabbed, meaning I couldn't bring focus back to it and I had to use the task manager to close it (launcher was also unresponsive). In both situations, I had two clients running and they both became unresponsive and had to force shutdown them both, even after I closed the other one. First time, it happened after jumping through a stargate and the second time it happened after undocking. In both cases, the grid loaded successfully. In both cases, one my clients was undocked in Amarr solar system.
I cannot be 100% sure that the latest patch is to blame for these crashes since most of the time I have only one client running, but I did some heavy triple boxing last week with lots of alt-tabbing between clients and didn't had those problems (it was in a mostly empty system though).
My clients are running in DX9.
Anyone else familiar with such problems? I can provide stuff like detailed system information and client logs if they are needed in resolving this issue.
