You could always hire elite highsec mercenaries, i could even hook you up with a decent group for a nominal finders fee.
Either that or get out of highsec/ use a neutral hauling alt, like he said it takes literally hours to make it happen.

Hello OP,

place fireworks in your high slots and use them when you are in Jita. Much like my wife's cat, mercs hide in the basement during firework shows. This will make high sec 100% safe.
