Making your own stuff from the ground up is very satisfying. I got my first batch of peaches from a tree in my front yard this season. Planted the tree two years ago with just one seed/pit. It is still a small sapling, but it was heavy with fruit, small in size but extremely numerous.

Two years ago I started planting fruit trees from seeds or pits in lieu of buying a sapling from a nursery. I really enjoy the blossoms in the spring on cherry, dogwood, and peach trees.

The goons seemed to been forcibly evicted, being out spent by your opponent so you can't prevail is a tactic the swarm cut it's teeth on. Poetic justice that the holders of so many lucrative moons finally got pushed into a corner they could not buy their way out of.

No doubt they will bounce back with renewed fury after they stop spinning excuses and return to doing that voodoo that they do so well!

Sadly, it's just switched one set of moons for another.

Clearly, they calculated they'll lose less, having to set up new poses in new region than they would putting their supers on the line.

True, but it's kinda hard to graft a fruit tree when you don't have an existing fruit tree to graft in the first place.

I have purchased trees from nurseries before for landscaping my properties, this time there was a great deal of satisfaction in planting a seed that produced a tree that might be on the planet after I am in it. Trees are living things that many versions of which can have quite a long life. I think planting them is pretty cool and good for the planet as well.
