TMA- POS mechanics for out of corp characters

I am an industry newb and i find the pos and industry interfaces, roles etc completely bewildering Oops

Please could you anwser me the following questions:

1. Can an out of corp character access my Pos services to:
A. Invent
B.Copy BPOs
C.Use the manufacturing slots

2. If yes to any of the above, is there a 101 push the buttons guide, or can someone explain how to here please.

No access unless they are in the same alliance. Then they can do stuff which neither requires nor produces anything (most ME, PE).
