how can u contract a ship that you cant get into the station to remove ships form the ship bay?

Repackage it... rigs will be destroyed... hope they weren't too expensive.

Are the ships in the maintenance bay damaged or carrying contraband? I contracted a dreadnought with other ships inside it the other day without any issues.
