Welcome to Eve Online! University of Newbs is a corporation dedicated to the new players of Eve. We are all about teaching new players the basics of the game that the tutorial doesn't cover, and if you have gotten as far as this forum post, you already know that the tutorial doesn't cover A LOT. If you look at just about any other recruitment ad in this section you will quickly notice that most corporations have a minimum skill point (sp) minimum and that is because of the near limitless things to do and learn in eve. They have a SP requirement because by the time you have a few million sp you will finally have a grasp of the game as a whole and know what you want to do. We at UON are here to provide a place to get your feet wet, make some mistakes while you learn, and show you what other corporations are looking for so you can find a group with similar interest. Most importantly we have several older players that have a passion for teaching and are more than willing to help. We are active in AUS, US, and EU timezones.

In order to actively engage and teach new players we fully engage in many PVE (player vs environment) activities to include:
-Agent Missions: Level 1-4
-Mining
-Item and Ship Construction
-Exploration
-0.0% Tax. Keep Everything You Earn.
