The Skiff/Procuror rebalance

Seems to me they seriously nerfed the ehp of them. My Proc had about 80k ehp before the patch.....now has only around 30k.

And the Skiff has barely more ehp than the Proc.......before any tank is slapped on.

Luckily they kept the drone bonuses......

So.......can we expect to see more Skiff/Proc kills now?

Everything in EVE is a trap.

And if it isn't, it's your job to make it a trap...:)

Only 30k EHP seems really low. I don't really have a char with core skills plus mining skills, but my market char can fit a meta-fit Procurer and still pulls 50k EHP: http://puu.sh/rbDxp/112103ba39.jpg

Fit: http://pastebin.com/zELrgtkg

I can't do much better than that to test, unfortunately. My market char is the only char I have with any mining skills, and since he never really undocks, he doesn't have much for core skills.

Edit :: Even offlining the DCU leaves the char with 41.5k EHP: http://puu.sh/rbE9r/776d78b34c.jpg

The stats currently on Tranquility appear to match the stats from before the patch.

Are you seeing this in the in-game ship fitting window? I'm not seeing any change in EHP and nothing was mentioned in the patch notes or in the patch preview thread.

Dumb question but are all your defense mods on? I noticed that cpu and pg were tighter once I added the second strip miner. Maybe it put a mod offline without you noticing?

Luckily mining permits don't put more pressure on pg and cpu. It's a really nice fitting choice for a mining ship. Also the law requires it

How very nice.

Makes me almost feel like converting into a miner.

Don't do it man. It's a trap. The mining lasers have brainwashing patterns in them so that you never want to stop.

Eve is like an addiction; you can't quit it until it quits you. Also, iderno

Always remember, the law is alway on the side of the lawless, you can't have your tanky ship, that's no fun for the turd theif who need to have access to "emergant game play" Roll why they might leave and things would be too quite and Concord might not be able to pad their killboards and go on strike.
