I'm curious and can't figure this out myself

Manufacturing a T1 frigate. Under Job Duration modifiers, it says I have -32% from Skills and Implants.
Now I have no implants for manufacturing time so just going off skills.
It shows the skills I have, Industry V and Adv. Industry V.
Industry V gives 5*4% or 20%
Adv. Industry gives 5*3% or 15%
20 and 15 is 35. What am I missing? Is this CCP math at play here?

100 * 0.8 * 0.85 = 68 -> 32% bonus

I'm my own NPC alt.

Bonuses from different sources are applied multiplicatively. You don't have 20 + 15 = 35%, you have a 20% reduction, and then a 15% reduction. The reduction, then, is Base * .8 * .85. This is a cumulative 32% reduction.
