Is it possible to pull a list of contracts for a specific region and item into Excel using Crest or some other means.

I have my market data but can't find how to get contract prices.

You can't do that because CCP don't provide either an XML API or CREST endpoint for it. I don't think they should either, it's too different from the market to justify perfect public history in my opinion.
