Skiff after the update

The capacity of Skiff's ore hold is 15,000 m3.
The volume of ice is 1,000 m3.

Skiff with two high power slots can equip two ice harvesters.

I have to dock when I've got 14 blocks of ice and waste one round.

Did CCP just neglect?
Or just a new way to force players to jettison and join a fleet to mine?

Is it possible to increase the ore hold to 16,000 m3?

Same **** the Mackinaw has been dealing with for years. Just fill it up to 14k.
