i saw the post about the new ORE ship refits coming out soon in a few days here ,
Big Question..
does my exsisting ORE ships get the refits or do i need to buy the (new ships)?

All ships will get the refit - they simply change the template that defines the ship. If you are flying a Procurer or Skiff, you'll probably need to buy another strip miner - those flying Covetor or Hulk will have spares.
