Searching for items in a citadel

With so many citadels in the universe and items scattered in lots of them, there is no way to do a 'search' for items in a citadel.
Perhaps that should be addressed and a new label for search citadels.

It should so obviously work this way that I can only assume there is some technical hurdle that needs to be corrected.
