I am quite disappointed by the amount of naive peoples who actually believed Makoto that she transferred these items to the person she claimed to transfer them to.

Makoto has already proven herself to be a liar to IGS on multiple occasions. Her claims are backed by a picture that can be easily forged. Jita scammers often provide pictures as 'proofs' of their legitness as well, and I am saddened you would fall for words of this liar that quickly.

Well, lets see more carefully at the situation. CONCORD provides access to capsuleers contracts. I think you can actually go and check Makoto's contracts. Her last two were buying Vehement blueprints, but not selling, or even more - giving away the microprocessors.

(Oh, and would you buy blueprints and give components to build them away?)

Picture as a proof? That's SO easily forged! Who knows, maybe it was sent to Papa Kuvakei instead? However my intuition tells me that most probably it was just sent to this infamous person.

Of course, I am a Caldari Officer, and unlike Makoto I don't lie, thus I openly say that pictures I have linked are forged, and it was done very quickly, just to demonstrate that Makoto's original 'proof' shall not be relied upon.

How is a processor designed solely to operate with Serpentis webifier projectors and fire control systems supposed to be studied and "used against them to enhance the Navy."

What you and the other people blindly supporting this do not seem to understand is what these processors even are. They are in no way special, or unusual, or secret they are specialized and difficult to manufacture without re-tooling. No one else has anything to gain from building them at the scale the Guardian Angels do because they are only effective in serpentis capital ships.

It is like you people found a 4.56 mm diameter wrench and are all marveling at its rarity and wishing to "study it to protect civilians and enhance the navy." when all actuality the only thing its good for is the 4.56mm bolts on Serpentis ships. It is not some mystical advanced and new technology. It is exactly the same thing as the 4.5mm wrenches the Federation use or the 4.0mm wrenches the State uses. It is just meant to do a different thing. No one else makes them because they only work on Serpentis ships

They are valuable because people want to build Serpentis ships. The Serpentis want their ships to be as expensive as possible so they can make the most profit. The only way to harm the Serpentis is this is to flood the market and make them worthless lowering the profit of the Serpentis. The only way to use them is in a Serpentis capital ship.

There is no research, it is a microprocessor. There are microprocessors built with the same principles and the same materials being used in billions of applications all across New Eden. Would you people relish the idea of getting your hands on microprocessors specialized to handle water purification filtration systems to "research?" No. Because you would recognize it is nothing but a specialized part and completely worthless outside the system if fits into. Literally scrap for anything other than its function.

But it is more comforting to think that your shipment of 4.56mm wrenches will somehow win the war against the Serpentis than to face the reality that they only and solely have value if used to loosen or tighten a 4.56mm fastener. Best not look too far into who profits financially by handing over the crate of them you found.


I think they want to study them so they can extract the technology and apply it to Phoenix hulls, i dont think any caldari scientists hold enough knowledge to do such a thing, let them study and look at the pretty things while we continue to advance new technology, always 1 step behind...

It is a sad day when an organization of capsuleers that was building a hard earned and respected reputation around it's often heroic efforts to gather and share knowledge about a grave threat to the entire New Eden Cluster decides to fall in line with only one or two of the the warring empires.

I truly expected better.

You mean it's a sad day when a Caldari corporation owes primary loyalty to its parent mega, and the Caldari State?

I mean, c'mon man. What's next? 'It's a sad day when a Clan of Brutor that had been earning such a reputation fighting some alien menace chooses to side with the Republic'?

Certainly, it would have been desirable to disseminate the technology further. However, as I have said before:

In this case, a primarily IKAME-administered ARC operation, with funding from a Caldari-favoring financier and from my personal accounts, acquired a significant share of the existent stockpile, with no assistance from Republic- or Federation-aligned personnel.

If you're disappointed, be disappointed with yourself for not making an effort.

She's worse. Gutter Press actually did a smidgen of research before twisting them into something ridiculous.
