WTF? Though I have negative standing with the evil slavers, my understanding so far is, that you get down to 2.5% fee with max skills ... not? I'm my own NPC alt.

The station owner's corporation and faction standings toward your character affect broker's fees, both positively if you have positive standings, and negatively if you have negative standings. Skills also affect the broker's fee, when people say they take
