Hi,

I used to be a part of a nullsec corp and had just moved out there when my sub ran out and had a Fitted Tengu and other things in a pos owned by that corp. Now after returning, the corp moved and the station seems to be owned by another alliance with the ship still inside it, my corp mates say its probably permanently lost but I can still see everything I owned there in the assets window. So my question is the ship actually there or is it lost/destroyed? and 2ndly is there a chance to retrieve it, even in the long term?

Actually, this happens a lot so there is a procedure. Basically, you can file a petition, and you can load one ship and they will transfer that ship to another station in HS, I'm not sure if you can choose the station, or if it is your home station. But you can get out :)

Actually, that is if you are at the station. If you are not at the station, not sure. You can try making a contract to get it to another station.

My choice of pronouns is based on your avatar. Even if I know what is behind the avatar.

If all your stuff will fit in one ship a petition as described above is probably the best way to go. If you have more stuff, there are other options.

You say you stored it at a POS, but you then say you can see it in your assets, so that suggests it is actually at a station. You can start by contacting the station owner and discussing it. In our space we often arrange temporary access for returning players who would otherwise be blocked from stations, and I know other alliances do the same.

The other option is to sell it at the station. If you offered to contract it all at, let's say, Jita -20%, the station owners get a bargain, while you get back 80% of your asset value to make a new start somewhere else.

Or you could courier contract everything out. I don't think you even need docking rights for that to work.

If you're going to do that to the Tengu, you'll probably want to repackage everything.

This is one of the reasons Im asking here, I dont know how null stations work exactly or if you need special rights to dock at one. The ship itself is already repackaged and can be shipped out of there if some one can get to it.

Welcome back to Eve.

If your character is there with the ship and assets in station and you've been gone for over 6 months, submit a Support Ticket and ask for relocation. CCP will move your character, ship and all the assets it can carry in cargohold to a safe or neutral area of space.

If your character is elsewhere and you have a Jump Clone there with the ship and assets, jump to that clone, load up the ship with assets, sell what's left and then do the one time free move with CCP.

Good luck and hope you have a much longer and more rewarding career here this time around.
