Where do the items end up?

When setting up buy orders for corporation on a region wide scale. Do the items go to the deliveries hanger in the station your in or do I have to travel around & collect the said items from the delivery hanger in all regional stations?

Especially in a large region. I've got region buy orders in stain, it's definitely interesting trying to consolidate in Npc Null being grey to everyone.
