Regional Market wont allow me to modify my buy order?

Hi, I hope someone can help me?

I am busy trading on the Regional Market and some one out bid me. The price I put down to buy was 711.17 ISK, then someone modified their order to 804.46 ISK. When I try and modify my order to 804.47 ISK, I get a message saying "Not enough ISK. Your wallet contains only 549,259.10 ISK, but you require 20,432.98 ISK to complete this operation".

Now clearly I have more than enough ISK to perform the modification, but Eve wont allow me to do so.

Does anyone have an idea as to why?
