nano ships, hurricanes, drakes, harbringers, ruptures, cheap to fit, cheap to lose and there's always something you can kill in them, other than that you can get normal engagements, people roam 0.0 same as they roam lowsec, just rules are different and different are things you can encounter

Since nobody mentioned it yet - learn to fly the Sabre. Solo in nullsec means being able to tackle and deal damage while tanking at the same time. Sabre does all 3 really well.
