Hello guys,
sorry if this is already discussed, but I really need your help here.

I would like to use an outpost do do a research job on a BPO. What happens if during the job, the outpost is reinforced, the facility is reinforced or the outpost is captured and changes possession? Will the job be interrupted? Is the BPO safe? Can I use the outpost to run a research job if the BPO is present there but the station is captured?

Also I know that CCP intends to remove POSes in the near future and I hear now that they want to do the same with outposts - is that true and if so - how much time this happens.

The blueprint itself is safe but you may not be able to get to it unless your alliance recaptures the outpost. A POS in highsec will give you essentially the same bonus as a Caldari Outpost and you have 24 hours to clear it of valuables if wardecced.

Edit: You'll likely get plenty of notice before CCP removes POS or Outpost. My inference from the devblogs is that they will offer buyback as feature parity is achieved. It will be sometime next year before they have a new structure to replace jump bridges
