Should I use cruise or heavy missiles for c2 sites in a BS?

Neither are good choices and c1 sites actually pay better for time invested. If you do insist on doing this though I would probably go with heavies and make sure your drone skills are up to par to deal with frigates.

Battlecruisers would be much more effective at this
