It was an usual patrol over the war zone to control the corrupt Amarr pilot numbers. A pretty standard fleet accompanied by Jaguars and Scalpels as logistic support are a strong match for any size ship up to battleships. Fast and deadly ... The patrol started slow as usual, not many targets for our brave Minmatar Pilots. Most active pilots are usually criminals and pirate dwellers that lurk in the shadows and prey on the weak. They usually hide when our patrol undock from station.

After some hours our fleet commander decided to visit a system infested of filthy slavers. There are usually some arrogant pilots that show off they fancy cruisers and bring a nice engagement to enrich and train our new members. So there we are, just observing carefully the situation when some Amarr slaver decide to show up a Proteus which of course is a delicious piece of equipment to offer to Bob. Careless and eager to engage our fleet, the confrontation took place at a Stargate. As expected from a Gallente design the Proteus shows an impressive armor tank and powerful blows form blasters, that accumulate pressure over the rust of our hulls. The Scalpel, a fantastic recently introduced logistic frigate, speed tanking using it's low signature and fast design allowed our fleet to tank the incoming damage with shield boosters and high resistances from tech II hulls. As the Engagement swings in our favor, the Amarrian pilot calls a Guardian as logistic support. Immediately gets aggression by our fleet and after throwing some repairs on the desperate for blood Proteus disengages and jumps though the Stargate. As this strategy is obviously not going to work. they call a Loki. A magnificent Minmatar platform for webifiers that may potentially slow down our frigates and increase the incoming damage. This strategy starts to work but our logistics manage to keep up with the increasing heat. This also increases the pressure over now three Amarr pilots (Proteus, Guardian, Loki).

As the slavers slowly start to break down and lose ground in the engagement a fourth pilot appears, another Loki. At this point we might disengage and leave the fight but wait............... this pilot is not with them, as they unleash hell over him... in a fast decision we decide to apply the remove shield boosters on this 3rd party. After some minutes of engagement we realize the pilot belong to a well known Criminal organization that have been absent from the warzone for a time now........

.... suddenly a Cynosural field blasts and several capital ships appear ... As terror and panic spreads through the Amarr pilots they decide to bring a Phoenix to counter the criminals. At this point our fleet disengages and pulls distance while we see in the distance a Titan. More precisely a Ragnarok. That instantaneously evaporate the Amarrian phoenix with a doomsday weapon. Shortly a second Amarrian phoenix appears on field only to witness it's own doom....

Our patrol continues ....
