But just be careful about any silicon injection enhancements. This guy injected 6 inches (13.5 cm) of silicon in his head to meet minimum sumo wrestler height requirement. The fans loved him for it, but the rules committee judged against him. Not sure if there's a buttchin rules committee or not, though.

Indeed. People instinctively know that the baldness is because of very high testosterone levels. Also, we throw around sexy time attraction pheromones.
