Unable to join test server

I'm fairly new to the game, and I wish to test out all of the ships, but I am unable to join the test server. Every time I try to log in, it tells me my username or password is wrong, even though they work on the normal server. I also read that the server needs to get mirrored and new accounts might not be able to join it instantly. My account is around 2 weeks old. So, my questions are, when do the test server mirrors happen, and am I able to join it with my 2 week old account?

It is because you have new accounts. Accounts that want to join the test server usually need to have been around for at least a month.

Your account and character information won't exist on the test server until CCP copy the account/character data to the test server from the main server. CCP don't do this on a regular schedule, they do it whenever they think they need to.

You might be able to get CCP to copy your account/character data to the test server by posting a request in this thread.

If that doesn't work, you'll just have to wait until CCP do a full account refresh of the test server. When that will happen is up to CCP.
