citadel destroyeds and jump clone (your clone is a destroyed location)

there is a way to destroyed a clone in a destroyed location. recover when the timer expire did i lost my jump clone slot forever. i or i will have a unusable jump clone slot forever?

The phrase "in a destroyed location" sounds like it was from an error message you received upon attempting to destroy a clone still in your jump clones tab that you had lost when a citadel popped.
Sounds like a bug.
The citadel's (I assume) rapid unscheduled deconstruction should have marked your jumpclone for removal automatically. That or notified you that your meat popsicle was no longer a functional jumpclone and requested confirmation to destroy it.
