Contract final step fails but items disappear

At the last step of the contract creation (on station, not citadel) the contract window refreshes itself at stage 4/4 (instead of loading the contract summary), but the contracted items disappear from the hangar.

I lost about 40 skill injectors, I would appreciate if I could get them back somehow What?

did contract got created? if so wait for it to decay

No, it reloads 4/4 and wants me to "Finish" again, but the items are gone.
