How to calculate reprocessing cost?

Hi everyone, I'm building an app and I'm trying to figure out how to calculate the Reprocessing cost.

Let me try to explain:

I'm at Slays VII - Moon 3 - Center for Advanced Studies School

If I reprocess 1000 units of Condensed Scordite I get 2218 units of Tritanium and 1109 units of Pyerite.

I have to pay 857.81 ISK for that. What I want to know is how the game calculated the 857.81 ISK.

Anyone knows how to calculate that? Question

Tax rate is based on your personal standing with the NPC corp that owns the station. It varies from 5% with neutral standing to 0% if your standing is 6.67% or better. I believe the tax rate is linear but don't know for sure. In a player owned facility, the rate is set by the owner and can also vary according to standing.

Eve has its own formula for calculating the value of stuff - it's seems to be a moving average of some sort - likely with outliers discarded but I don't think they have ever published it.
