Amarr Go - catching minmatar slaves

Using google maps and gps location as a smartphone app in EVE theme.
I present to you Amarr Go.
Throw various quality cargo containers to catch minmatar citizens.
Minmatar citizens spawn randomly all over the world.
Choose one of the three amarr bloodlines and have your slaves compete for glory and ISK.
List of minmatar citizens is randomly generated from EVE character pool and NPCs.
