Does anyone know of a tool that will list the best combination of Ore to buy to reach a specific combination of minerals for a manufacturing job?

Fuzzworks has a tool for going from ore to minerals, just specify the amount of minerals and the amount over you allow and it comes up with a solution. It tends to make you buy various null ores and there's no way to specify you don't want to use a particular ore (like hemorphite, which has a dreadful movement speed in Jita)
