Kspace POCO owners: What's your neutrals tax rate where are they?

I have seen some ridiculous tax rates while flying around: 90%, 35% etc. I assume that these corps are either looking for wardecs or are just bad at economics.

Since it might be in most POCO owner's interest to get as much income as possible out of them (unless you are worried about the resources) I would like to hear what tax rate you offer and where I can find them. Doesn't really matter whether it is HS, LS or Null (While I know that WH PI is best PI I am mainly looking for places in kspace just for the sake of logistics and storage (stations)).

They tax that high to keep folks not blue off the pocos, message and see what they charge for blue standings.

From what I've seen, 5% is normal. Without the skill at level 5 it is then 10%.

By "the skill" I guess you mean Customs Code Expertise. I thought that only applied to NPC owned customs offices. Does it also apply to PC owned offices?

The skill only applies to player owned POCOs in highsec and affects the NPC portion of the tax which comes on top of whatever was set by the player corp.

I'm my own NPC alt.
