So I have a bit of a stupid question. Can you make stuff in a Fortizar? I don't see industry listed under Station Services, so I just have to ask.

Nope. Industry structures will be a new citadel type promised by CCP for end of the year. Not much details known yet.

I'm my own NPC alt.

Do you perchance know where they've talked about them?

Service modules for research and manufacturing will probably arrive with Industrial Arrays, which are supposed to arrive this fall but we haven't heard anything from CCP since Fanfest. The industrial arrays will have bonuses for production and research but you should be able to install the service modules in a Citadel as long as you have the fitting room.

going off memory, from what was stated at fanfest

Citadels - they are out now..

fall release = industrial array, it will allow for research and development and manufactureing with bonuses to them

winter release = mining array, not much info on it other then compress and process ore, and I'm assumeing will do moon goo stuff and crap like that as well

no more "all in one" ... any serious industrial corp is gonna at minimum need industrial array and mining array

Not any more.

We can still hope - winter release, but it seems something did go wrong...

this is funny because it seems everything but the mining barge overhaul has been moved from "fall" to "winter" meanwhile last devoblog on command bursts states clearly that warfae link revamp will happen at november which stil lqualifies as fall to me....

Apparently citadel spamming all over the EVE universe becomes so much of a problem, that CCP decided to think twice before launch another anchorable structure. Space starts to feel dirty with 3+ citadels jumping into your overview next to 5+ NPC stations. Amish mafia border control Astrahuses sitting on the top of Outer ring gates is another good example why structure, anchorable just anywhere, becomes an issue.

I would not surprise, if arrays will be postponed or made anchorable only next to the moon, like current POSes.
