OK, first off, I am probably on the verge of abuse in this manner, so the answer may be FU pack sand, but the trouble is repeatable:

I open MBP and start launcher
Connect to some wifi at whatever airport/hotel I am at
wifi goes to ****
connect MBP to phone for internet
crap late for Plane (work)
close MBP
put phone in airplane mode for flight
get to hotel

Launcher says "Unable to verify DNS settings" or something like that
all accounts have a red square saying something, but it is covered by a large square box in the middle fo the launcher with a sad mac face on it

All accounts wiped

reconnect to some form of internet
force quit launcher
relaunch launcher

cuss multiple times while re entering a **** ton of accounts

Double-check that your accounts are pinned - without it, the launcher won't remember the accounts.

If that doesn't work, with your help, hopefully we can figure this out. The first step is to send us your launcher logs.

From the View menu, select Reveal in Finder, Launcher Logs. File a bug report, attaching the files from that folder.

OK, never saw that pinned thing before

It always remembered them before, then I hadn't traveled in about 6 weeks, started laptop, downloaded updates and poof, launcher different everything gone etc

But basically, I guess having to force quit due to the DNS issues from swapping between 4-5 wifi things made the launcher crap itself and because I had never noticed the little pin things, every time I had to force quit and restart, I lost all my accounts.

I'll try the pin thing and then the next time it crashes, if i still lose account, I'll file BR

I'm having the same problem. My internet went out for a few hours and after the red boxes started appearing, the Launcher forgot all the accounts. Even after re-logging one of them, the rest remained lost.
I had pinned all the accounts and they survived weeks of reboots and launcher restarts.

Yeah, pinning help the normal restarts, but once you get the red boxes, you are ******
