EVE New Citizens Q&A

My travels around the world strongly disagree with this. I have a french name and speak multiple languages, so people often don't realize I'm from the US. As soon as people in several countries find out I'm actually American, it's like a switch is flipped and I'm suddenly treated like a second class citizen. To each his own, but arrogance and rudeness exist everywhere.

Back to the OP. I run multiple clients on an off the shelf laptop. That isn't to say you shouldn't build the best machine you can for the money, but EVE is not very resource intensive.
