They do their job well enough already. As people have been pointing out here before me, the ship hanger is a nice reason to use an orca, especially for highsec content creation, why would you want that to go away? As for the ore hold, it's big enough. You can use a miasmos, t2 hauler, freighter, or jump freighter to haul ore. If you don't want to do that, just warp your barges, the orca, or jetcan mine.
