Issues, Workarounds & Localization

If this is not the right place for this post, please let me know. I know support sounds like the right place to go, but I can't access support so I can't go there, as I will explain.

Yesterday I couldn't train a skill because of trial account restrictions. A box popped up telling me to click a link to find out about the 'benefits of subscription' and I figured, what the heck. This is a great game I will pay money to have more features and give back. I clicked it and it brought me to the "add game time" page. I believed, as I thought was reasonable, that buying game time WAS subscription. I payed for 6 months of game time. going back into game my trial was extended 6 months. I felt like I had been deceived. A little stupid too, but still angry that I had intended to put money into the game and didn't get what it led me to believe I was getting for my money. I filed a support ticket for a refund, seeing what I could get from it. I wasn't sure they would grant it, but figured I might as well try, and if I succeeded use the money to get what I actually wanted.

Today, I checked my support ticket and COULD NOT access support. When going to the support site, clicking "log in" directs to 404 , not found. I can log in on the regular site. Trying to cross over to the support site through links brings me to the home page of support, still logged out. I feel like I've been blocked from support for requesting a refund, but it could be a unrelated technical issue.

Just typed "subscription eve online" into google and clicking the first result "EVE Online - Upgrrade Now - Upgrade from your free trial‎" brings me to the add game time page, which is what I got my trial time extension from.

Logged back in and have a full subscription to the game. Also, I can log into support again without getting a 404 message. Thank You!
