Game freeze every 30 sec for abou 5 seconds, Help !

Hello guys, i just reactivated my account to play the game, but after logging in i noticed the game keeps freezing every 30 seconds for about 5 seconds. I`ve changed the graphics settings but no luck. Anyone knows a workaround ?
Spec:
I5-4440 3.2ghz
Radeon HD7790
2TB HDD WD Black
Guru
Woopatang

Same issue on one of my laptops(not a low spec laptop).

Mind Over Matter:  If I dont mind, it don't matter.
