I think they wanted a SS of where your remaining SP is actually invested. Are we talking any PI skills, Cyno skills, Do you still have Cyber V, Etc. We can determine if/what expensive skill books you have injected by the eveboard so its more about where the 5.4m sp still reside.

Ah sorry to misunderstand. I'm not really sure why Eveboard isn't updating. Evemon seems to have a similar issue.

Anyway here are my skills, with any training. There are a few that are at 0. Also, Cyber 3 is queued but the character is not training at the moment.
