Id say its worth no more than 25-30bil. Seems a specialized character so some value in that but other than that it lacks multiple skills to make it a worth much more.. No Drones or Gallente Guns, No missile skills, lacks any real subcap skills. Unless you polished it off to make it a titan pilot or finished out gallente skills/drones to make it viable for blops as well as Nag.
