Sisi KB Setup - api-sisi.testeveonline.com down?

I'm attempting to setup an eveKB ( http://www.evekb.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=503&t=21928&sid=62379826cba87b6bbc5e0d7a7fd4327e ) for Sisi. I've swapped out the references pointing towards the live servers for the xml and img api, and those work fine. However the api-sisi.testeveonline.com link fails, due to connection refused errors. I verified that the server isn't responding to any type of connection from my end.

To my understanding the KB only needs publicly facing endpoints, so application registration shouldn't be needed, correct? I'd love any help on why it can't connect. Thanks.

As to why the url doesn't work would be on CCP. @CCP Tellus

However you cannot get a list of kills from crest. They will either have to provide an api or supply the crest link from each killmail.

I already have an API from the test server for killmails I'll be displaying. I just need the CREST API so the kills can be queried.

The killmail endpoint for SiSi does not work. It was disabled awhile back because people were using it to guess killmails and fits for those testing for alliance tournaments. You might be able to convince folks to turn it back on since AT testing is now done on a different server, but don't hold your breath :)
