Capping FPS on Mac?

Hi,

I've tried setting the interval to 2, 3 and 4 but the FPS wants to stay at 60 on my Macbook pro (fullscreen settings). I'm away from home for a week, but would still like to play on my Macbook if possible.

Right now at 60 fps the game runs fine but the laptop is getting very hot! I would like to cap the FPS at 30 if possible to reduce the strain on the laptop. Any tips on how to get this working?
